Our Fathers is the book I always tell people they should read when they ask me which of my books they should read first. It may not be my best book, but I truly believe it is my funniest.
Inspired by my favourite TV show when I was younger, Father Ted. I remember giggling like a crazy man while sat in my front garden in the sunshine, writing Our Fathers on my laptop. The book is all about the Characters. Something shifted in me while writing this book, were I realised that how the Characters interact with each other is even more important than the actual story or the events going on around them.

Our Fathers Who Art in Lapland, came about because one I wanted to write a Christmas book, and two because I enjoyed writing Our Fathers so much, I just wanted to do it again. I am a bit of a freak as in I can make myself laugh with the things I write and Our Fathers makes me roar, if the only thing I could ever write again is Our Fathers books, I would be 100% cool with that, Father O’Riley and Father O’Malley never fail to lift my mood dramatically whenever I’m involved in their hysterical activities.

I got the book as a free review copy. The problem is that the book was so funny that I had to buy it for my sister as a birthday present. The day she started reading it she texted me that she was really enjoying it. Great present, great book.
Today the book was reduced to free on Amazon and I immediately downloaded another copy of the book. Next, I had my wife and son download the book. I expect they will read it and tell others that it is great.
Do yourself a favor. Stop reading these reviews and get the book.
